Went to Pilates this week and had a meaningful chat with a new friend of mine.

We are both working moms of two kiddos who value our health, appearance and physique. We agreed that it takes energy to look put together.

I can’t be mad at the results I didn’t work for. Looking effortless is the result of planning.

I started ignoring that little voice in my head talking sh*t. I stopped questioning every decision I made. I stopped worrying about what the mean girls would think.

Now I put on a look & wear what I love. Zero F’s given. Smile on my face. Me being me kind of energy.

You’ve got this! Get dressed up for you. Life is the occasion.

These 3 things have me feeling holiday chic ✨

First, I traded my puffer jacket for a full length winter white wool coat.

Second, I updated my tech accessories by swapping out my case and adding a wristlet chain.

And lastly, I raided my Nana‘s jewelry box and found so many fun brooches to pin on my jackets and tops.

These little tweaks add drama and pack a punch.

While watching a football game with my husband and our two boys, I asked them what’s the purpose of the black smear under the players eyes. The short answer, it’s drip and makes them play better. Now you’re speaking my language!
