I know it's hard to think about booking fall pictures when it is still 90 degrees out 🫠 BUT if you've briefly thought about getting updated pictures of your family — DON'T WAIT.

My weekends are officially booked through the beginning of November!! I may have a few morning sessions I can squeeze in, but at this point, weekday evenings are my main availability.

There have been many times throughout my career when I’ve thought to myself, “How cool is it to be a photographer and know that my job is to capture special moments for others?”

I’ve captured love stories, milestones, new beginnings, and so many moments that families will treasure forever. But sometimes, photography isn’t sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes, it means stepping into moments that are incredibly tender, difficult, and unlike anything you’ve ever photographed before.

Yesterday was one of those moments.

It’s something I never imagined I would be asked to do, but I’m so thankful I did. Because sometimes God nudges us toward something we don’t fully understand at first and last night, I was reminded that maybe this is exactly what I’m meant to do… not just to capture the happy moments, but to be there when people need someone to preserve the moments that matter most. 🤎✨🤎
