I bought one of these a year ago off the Tik Tok shop and only started using it now. At the time it was advertised as a nut milker which is probably why I never used it. I saw a video someone posted that you can use it as a juicer. Finally took it out and was pleasantly surprised how less of a mess it is to make fresh juice with it. It also boils plain water quickly without me having to use my stove and heating up a kettle. I guess I am getting my money’s worth now.

I’m noticing a pattern: Many parents ask me how to help their kids navigate group projects or step into leadership roles—especially when they don't have an official 'title' like Captain or President.

As I work through my PMP (Project Management Professional) and LSAT studies, I’ve realized we can actually teach kids the same high-level systems we use in the corporate world, just translated into their language. It turns 'bossing people around' into 'building a collaborative flow. I have actually taught my daughter (introverted) how to take the lead when others are reluctant or too shy to speak up.

If you're a parent or even a mentor, what's the biggest struggle your student has when it comes to taking the lead or staying organized in a group setting? I’m playing with some frameworks to help them 'manage up' before they go to college or even enter the workforce.

Took the kids for a quick stop at at the site of where the Little Rock 9 endured taunts and threats to be allowed to attend school after the Brown v Board of Education decision effectively ended school segregation. Just wanted to remind the kids about the sacrifices others have made so they could have access to educational opportunities and attend school. “Mob rule cannot be allowed to override the decisions of our courts.” It is also a good reminder that those rights can be taken away today if we don’t fight for them.
