Friday night and the rain held off just long enough. These ladies did a great job in the less than ideal conditions.

Thank you dance team for inviting me out again! See you at the next one!

Friday night I was able to photograph an awesome event at Tangled Roots Flower Farm. The weather was perfect, the sun was out and there was just enough breeze to keep the bugs away. The first time I drove out to see the flower fields I did so on a whim, no real intention other than to check it out and make a connection with the owner. A little ways off the beaten path this farm sits on top of a hill overlooking a piece of the beautiful Driftless region's landscape. As if that was not enough Stephanie has poured her love and talent into making it even more beautiful. Every plant and every flower is placed with intent and a careful touch. The joy and happiness in that flower field is set on the highest of highs. As soon as people walked down the hillside into the flowers there faces light up, it was truly refreshing to see and even more fulfilling to capture in photos.

If you are interested in a photoshoot at Tangled Roots Flower Farm reach out. I will also be having an afternoon of mini sessions at the farm be on the look out for that event as well.

Also, if you would like to see the full gallery or purchase and images from the evening you can do so on my website.
