Color speaks before you do.
Navy says trust.
Black says authority.
White says clarity.
Red says power.
Soft blue says approachability.
Camel says refinement.
Emerald says confidence with creativity.
The mistake I see often? People choose colors based only on what they like.
But in leadership, color should also support the message you need to send.
If you’re presenting to investors, you may want credibility and control.
If you’re leading a team through change, you may want calm and trust.
If you’re launching a bold new offer, you may want confidence and energy.
Color is not decoration. Color is communication.
Before your next important meeting, ask: “What does this color help people feel?”
