Team - Last Minute Exciting Fundraising News!!!

At our Spring Meeting, I discussed hosting a Road Rally as a fundraiser. This would be bringing back to life the "Pottstown Road Rally", something that has always been a family tradition of ours and was stopped a few years ago due to the age of the organizers.

👏🏻 We officially got approval yesterday to hold it with the starting location of the Carousel at Pottstown 🎠.

📆 Save the Date: August 19th at 12pm

✔️What is this Road Rally?
🚗 Participants will be given a list of instructions to guide them on their rally while answering a number of fun, challenging questions about there surroundings. The route always has something fun to stop at along the way! 🍦
🏆 Winners are selected by 1) Highest # of correct answers & 2) Accurate Mileage (Closest)
🥇1st Prize - $100
🥈🥉- 2nd & 3rd - Family Fun Packs

✔️What is the goal? --
💲Fundraising Opportunity ($15 Donation Per Car)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Fun & Community Event

✔️How can you help?
📢 Marketing Campaign starts Tomorrow! Share with all of your friends and family. Sharon Stahl will be creating an event page.
📝 Assist in Sign Ups via Relay for Life Saturday (Jess Stahl has all the material ready)
🚘 Sign up to Participate - I promise it will be a blast!
🎠 Day of Event between 12 & 2 PM - Need a few volunteers to assist in registration.

Hey Everyone!
Just wanted to provide some info for the shirts.

Cost: $15 for adults & $10 for Kid's
Color is Atomic Blue or Aquatic Ice (They are very similar in color but the name just varies depending on the style shirt you choose.)

Shirt options are the following:
Tank Top (Ladies only)
Regular Cotton Tee (Ladies and Men)
DriFit Tee (Ladies, Men, & Youth)
'Infant' sizes are available, also (Cotton)

As far as sizing for little ones goes - the smallest t-shirt size is 2-4, and it goes up from there.

(Check with Nellie, Puddy, etc. ;) if you have questions!)

Shirt orders must be placed TOMORROW, MAY 17th - so please let Nellie know, ASAP!!

We are getting new shirts this year for Relay this year!! :D

If you want to look for shirts you would like go to www.sanmar.com (link is below).

We were thinking atomic blue or gray (formerly lime green)

You can choose any style you'd like but just stick with the color we chose. (so just search on the color on the website for available shirts).

Check with Nellie/Puddy/Mom for prices. You must let her know by 👉MAY 17th 👈 in order for everything to be on time.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the team and the relay! It was a great time. If anyone is interested in buying or selling the souvenir glasses let Bonnie or Richie know. A final tally of how much was raised this year is yet to come. Yesterday we raised over $900. Go team
