💡 Custom Solution, Clean Install 💡

Last winter at Smith & Potter, we installed a plow for this customer.
This season, they upgraded to the hydro turn joystick option, which meant finding a clean, ergonomic place to mount the controller.

So instead of drilling holes or settling for a universal bracket, I designed a custom cup-holder insert specifically for this joystick.

✔️ Modeled from scratch in Fusion 360
✔️ Designed to drop right into the factory cup holder
✔️ Keeps the joystick secure, centered, and easy to reach
✔️ Printed on Gravy using Jayo PLA

This is a great example of how custom 3D design + real-world equipment installs can solve problems cleanly and professionally.

Printed on Biscuit using Overture Easy Caramel PLA, giving it that smooth, warm caramel finish that really pops in person 🤎

🔌 Custom Switch Plate Orders – One-Offs Done Right 🎮🦊

Wrapped up a couple more custom switch plate orders headed out!

🟢 Xbox-themed switch cover
Printed in PETG on Gravy for extra durability and a clean two-color look.

🦊 Custom fox accent switch cover
Printed in PLA on Gravy, featuring a subtle raised design for a simple but sharp finish.

Both were made to order and tailored exactly to what the customer wanted — because sometimes the little details make the biggest difference.

🎨 Custom Kids Painting Order Headed Out! 🦄🦖

Wrapped up a fun custom order of paint-your-own models for some stocking stuffers.
This batch includes:
🏠 Gingerbread houses
🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️ Gingerbread boys & girls
🦄 Unicorns
🦖 Dinosaurs

Printed in white and ready to be brought to life with acrylic markers — perfect for letting imaginations run wild and keeping little hands busy.

🎄 Custom Printed Christmas Trees – Special Order!

These were a fun one from the makers market a few weeks back.
I took the original model and scaled two of the trees up to 165% and 120%, giving us a 6”, 9”, and 12” set.

Printed on Gravy using Jayo Cherry Red PLA, and they turned out beautiful.
All three together took about 38 hours to print — totally worth it.

This set headed all the way to Georgia, too! 🚚✨
If you want your own custom-sized or custom-colored set, I can absolutely make more.

🛠️ Custom Can-Am Outlander Prop Shaft Boot – Designed & Printed In-House!

The original boot on this Outlander was completely blown out, so I modeled a brand-new replacement in Fusion 360, matched all the curves and wall profiles, and printed it in Jayo TPU 95A for durability and flexibility.

Printed on Biscuit, and it came out awesome. 👌
Way better than buying a whole new shaft just because a rubber boot gave up.

If you’ve got a hard-to-find part, broken rubber piece, or something discontinued — I can usually model and print a replacement.

📚🎮 Play Book’d – Fresh Off the Printer!
Designed by Forge Core, printed right here on Gravy in crisp PLA.

This first one is the Connect 4 Book Edition — the whole game folds up into a little “book” you can toss in a bag. Super fun idea and it turned out awesome!

I’ve got Battleship printing now, and the series also includes Chess and Backgammon.
Colors can be fully customized, too — red/white, blue/white, team colors, whatever you want.

Perfect for gifts, game rooms, travel, or just beating your kids at Connect 4. 😆

✨ Custom Nintendo Switch Light Plate! 🎮
I whipped this up for Eliot — a fully custom Nintendo-themed light switch cover!

Printed on Gravy using Jayo PLA, and it came out crispy clean.
Love how the red/white combo pops. 🔥

If anyone wants one for their kid’s room (or their own 🤣), I can make these in different colors too!

WOW. What an incredible weekend at the Holiday Makers Market!
Beth and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, grabbed a print, asked questions, or just hung out and chatted with us. Your support truly means the world and keeps this little dream rolling.

We’re already hard at work on several custom orders placed over the weekend—some heading out locally, some going all the way to Chicago, and even one down to Georgia!
If you placed a custom order, keep an eye out: they’ll be going out within the next week.
