Think of us as a gypsy family – always on the move, always outside. We didn't have a lot, so our adventures were built around stick forts, river swims, bike rides, berry picking, and exploring trails. Both parents, raised on the upper left coast, loved biking, kayaking, and camping – our vacations weren't amusement parks, but expeditions with a can of chili and a loaded trailer. The outdoors were (and still are) our playground. Fast forward to today, and I'm raising my own little explorers here in Oregon. The outdoors continue to fuel my creativity.
