HIGHEST SPECIAL COW SALE IN PULASKI STOCKYARD HISTORY LAST NIGHT- PULASKI TENNESSEE!! 🐮🔥 (April 3rd, 2026)

Good quality replacement cattle are getting harder and harder to find and prices are steadily rising- but they continue to prove their value when it comes time to market their calves!

We had a great turnout of folks last night and it was standing room only! Prices were excellent through the entire sale and there was a really good selection of cows. We had 444 head.

✳️ The 46 advertised heifer pairs mostly brought from $5200-6500! Those girls were as gentle and as fancy as they come.

✳️ The better end of our other pairs mostly brought from $4800- 5800 with several pairs up to $6500. OUR TOP SELLING PAIR BROUGHT $7100!!

✳️ The better end of the 2nd and 3rd stage bred cows mostly brought from $3,700- 4,450, WITH INSTANCES OF COWS UP TO $4,800!!

> We raised $2,274 to benefit ranchers affected by the Nebraska wildfires!

> It was a pleasure to sit under Chuck Bradley, our guest auctioneer. He is as good as it gets!

> The food truck, “Bite Me,” served us some awesome meals last night and we sure appreciate them for coming out!

> We handed out t-shirts toward the end of the sale. If you didn’t get one, stop by the stockyard office on a Monday, Tuesday, or a Wednesday morning and we would be happy to give you one.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to all of our buyers, our sellers, and our employees. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. Last night was a great night and we hope that all of our customers and spectators were as pleased as we were with the quality of cattle, the strong market, and the overall sale. 🩷

Please give us a call if we can help in any way!

UPDATES: Here are a few updates and answers to some questions we have gotten about the Special Stock Cow Sale this Friday night at Pulaski Stockyard in Pulaski, Tennessee (sale starts at 6 p.m.)

1. I would like to announce that Pulaski Stockyard will be matching all donations that will go toward the benefit of the ranchers affected by the Nebraska wildfires! Hopefully, we can all make a small difference.

2. I would like to add more details about the 46 first-calf heifer pairs. The pairs all belong to one man but they are in two different pastures and have been kept separate. The calves on the black cows in one pasture are AI sired by a top-quality Angus bull. The calves in the pasture of red Angus and baldy cows are AI sired by a top-quality Red Angus bull. Lots of the heifers are originally out of Northern genetics. THESE CATTLE ARE LOCAL — they are out of Tennessee.

3. If you purchase cattle, you can either pick them up Friday night after the sale, or we will have someone there from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday for pickup. We also have lots of folks that haul cattle, and we are more than happy to set up trucking for you. We have everything from a 20-foot gooseneck to a semi available.

4. The food truck that is coming is called “Bite Me.” They have a great selection of handhelds.

Thanks so much, and we look forward to a great Friday night!
