Your website is bleeding patients.
I've audited dozens of doctor and wellness sites across Queens and NYC. The pattern is brutal: great practitioners with websites that repel the exact people they're trying to help.
What I find when I look under the hood:
A homepage that crawls to load. A booking button hidden behind three pages. Stock photos of strangers in lab coats. No real answers to the questions people search for at midnight when they're trying to decide who to trust.
How patients choose a doctor has shifted.
They Google you first. They scan your site on their phone while waiting for their kid's soccer practice. If your website feels slow or confusing, they're gone. They'll book with the practice down the street.
What I build for medical and wellness practices:
Sites that load in under 2 seconds
Booking flows that take one tap
Photos of your team and your space, not stock images
Answers to insurance questions and what to expect on the first visit
Local SEO so you show up when someone searches for you at 2am
Your website is the first appointment. Trust gets built there before a patient walks through your door.
I don't separate design from SEO. A beautiful site with no search visibility is invisible. Strong SEO with confusing design drives traffic to a dead end.
I build sites where both work together.
If you run a practice in Queens or NYC and your site hasn't been updated in years, you're losing patients quietly every week.
What frustrates you most about your current website?
