🔥When Ya Ads Ain’t Workin’ Pop It Like it’s Hot 🔥

We see it time and time again - it’s easy to get so bogged down in testing ads that we ignore the fundamentals behind a great experience for our customers.

The two quick tips in the video will help your store stand out from the crowd of “me too” ecommerce sites and make sure you’re maximizing your paid traffic.

TLDR; We went from 1.4x ROAS to 2.5x ROAS on cold traffic by implementing these changes outside of FB. You should try it too. 😎

After going back and forth with Facebook (well really just being ignored by support 🤬) for a few weeks we managed to get our ad account back in less than 24 hours by sending the simple response in this video.

We spent hours looking into what to do and were about to give up and start a new account...but this script did the trick 😎

Essentially the formula is:

- Apologize
- Note the rule name and number that was violated
- Detail what specifically happened in the violation
- Present the ad ID’s that violated the policy
- Take full responsibility and offer a reason as to why it happened
- Let them know the issue has been fixed and systems are in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again
- Apologize and ask for steps to reinstate the account

Hope this saves someone else in the marketing community some trouble. 🙏
