restless, adrenaline still going from 4 straight days in the water. might as well get up, get some sun, see what today brings. it brings warmth, appreciation, waves, a west wind. composition calls again. this time stronger, take the phone out, find a subject, craft a story, repeat.

he’s gone ‘73 playing - 3/26 version. a quick step out into the secret spot, listen to the pine trees tap their branches together. Still chilly at night but undeniable that spring is coming if not here already. flowers will come soon. a new season of life approaches.

composition still taps me on the shoulder when the moments right, pushing me closer to a distant but familiar feeling to capture the world. not forcing it, only when the moment demands it.
