Built something new this morning — an AI system that clones my voice, generates branded videos, and creates publish-ready content in under 60 seconds.

No video editor. No recording studio. No stock music subscriptions.

For local businesses creating content, this changes the game. DM us if you want to see how it works.

A lot of local businesses are paying for traffic they never get a second shot at.

One visitor ID setup I worked on this week identified 63 anonymous website visitors in 7 days. That gave the business a real follow-up list instead of a guessing game.

The big win isn't just the data. It's that you can actually do something with it while interest is still warm.

If you want to see how visitor ID fits into a simple follow-up system, email [email protected] and I'll send the breakdown.

3 numbers I want every owner to know by the end of the day:

1. How many new leads showed up
2. How many got a real follow-up
3. How many still need attention

If you cannot answer those in under a minute, the backend is asking too much from you.

The point of a system is not to look impressive.

The point is to make decisions faster with less friction.

If you want to see the scorecard I like for this, reply SCORECARD or email [email protected].

Most local businesses do not need more leads first.

They need a cleaner handoff after someone shows interest.

If a form gets filled out and then sits, the ad did its job and the system failed.

That is why I care so much about response speed, routing, reminders, and one place to see the next move.

When those four things are tight, the same traffic usually works a lot harder.

If you want the follow-up framework I use to spot leaks fast, email [email protected] and I'll send it over.

Most follow-up problems are not motivation problems.

They're design problems.

If the next step is buried in someone's inbox, living on a sticky note, or dependent on memory, the lead is already in danger.

The fix is boring in the best way: clear triggers, clean ownership, automatic reminders, and one place to see the whole chain.

If you want the exact checklist I use to spot broken follow-up, reply 'CHECKLIST' or email [email protected].

3 things every local business system should show you before lunch:

1. Every new lead from the morning
2. Who got a response and who did not
3. What follow-up is already queued without you babysitting it

That kind of visibility changes how you run the day. Less guessing. Less checking five apps. More actual decisions.

If your setup still feels foggy by noon, email [email protected] and I'll show you the dashboard I use to clean it up.

Week 1 of showing people what I've been building.

Here's what the system did (without me managing it):
→ 60+ social posts created and scheduled
→ 40+ personalized cold emails sent
→ 25+ ringless voicemail drops delivered
→ 25+ automated follow-up texts
→ 12 website visitors qualified through chat
→ 7 daily intelligence briefs generated

All from one Mac Mini connected to Zappify.

If you've been watching this week thinking 'I want that for my business' — the door's open.

2 months ago I set up a Mac Mini and started connecting everything.

Today it runs my entire outreach operation through Zappify — emails, texts, voicemails, chat qualification, social content, and pipeline management.

Here's what I learned:

1. Start with the CRM, not the AI.
Most people ask 'what AI tool should I use?' Wrong question. Start with a CRM that can execute — SMS, email, VM drops, chat, workflows. Then plug the AI brain into it.

2. Multi-channel beats single-channel every time.
An email alone gets ignored. An email + text + voicemail across 5 days gets responses.

3. The chat widget is the most underrated lead gen tool.
24/7 AI qualification on your website. Most businesses don't have anything close.

4. It compounds.
Week 1 felt like setup. By week 8, the system generates more value per day than I could manually in a week.

Something I keep hearing from business owners: "I know I need better follow-up, I just don't have time to build it."

Fair. Most people are already running the business, answering calls, handling staff, and trying to stay visible online.

That's why I like building simple systems that do the boring part consistently — fast reply, clean lead routing, automated reminders, and one place to track what happened.

No giant tech stack. No twelve logins. Just a setup that actually helps.

If you've been meaning to tighten this up, email [email protected] and I'll show you what a clean version looks like.

What if your website stopped acting like a brochure and started acting like your best employee?

Most business sites do one thing: sit there.

The better version captures leads, answers questions, follows up fast, and keeps working after hours.

That shift changes everything. You stop hoping people call back and start building a system that meets them the second they're interested.

If your website feels busy but not productive, that's fixable.

DM me 'SITE' and I'll show you the first 3 things I'd change.
