We are a committed and inclusive neighborhood based group for parents and caregivers in the SE Mpls, Richfield, and Bloomington area. The purpose of this page is it share about our group and engage new members. Our organizing, connecting, and support happens in our private facebook group. The boundaries for our group is for those who live in:

outh of 38th Street, west of the Mississippi River, north of Hwy 62 and east of I-35W
-Central Bloomington
In non-Covid times we offered parents, caregivers, and their children a chance to meet and have fun together during week-days. Together we planned several activities a week in our homes and in the community (playdates, storytimes, art projects, sledding, halloween parties, etc). Right now during Covid we plan whatever activities we can to stay connected: virtual storytimes, virtual sing-a-longs, mail buddies, outdoor meet-ups, chalk-your-walk tours, etc. We usually have a few opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect after bedtime without kids. Right now we do 'virtual parent night ins' over Zoom, and outside distanced gatherings. We are a closed group with an annual membership fee: $15 (in 2020 it's only $5). This fee covers: space rental, snacks, service project materials, and marketing/advertising. Join:
Joining means signing up for our roster, being added to the official [private] facebook group, and paying a $5 due.
