Ultraflex Announces Kylie Schleicher as Vice President of Business Development & Product Management

Previously serving as Director of Product Development & Product Management, Kylie played a key role in advancing Ultraflex’s product strategy, driving material innovation, and identifying new market opportunities that support the evolving needs of print service providers. “Kylie’s leadership, industry insight, and commitment to innovation have made a lasting impact on our organization,” said Ron Schneider, CEO of Ultraflex Systems. “Her ability to connect product development with real market needs positions us for continued growth, and we are confident she will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ultraflex.”

Kylie is an active contributor to the print and graphics community, serving on the Sustainability Board with PRINTING United. Ultraflex Systems Welcomes Sara Pearce as Southeast Territory Sales Manager

Ultraflex Systems is pleased to welcome Sara Pearce as Southeast Territory Sales Manager. In this role, Sara will support customers and partners by nurturing long-term relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategies to drive continued growth across the Southeast territory.

Sara brings extensive experience in consultative sales, territory development, and the wide-format printing industry. She has managed multi-state territories, built strong pipelines through strategic prospecting and relationship development, and worked closely with commercial print, signage, and industrial customers to understand their production workflows and align solutions that support operational efficiency and long-term growth. Her experience working directly with print providers and her customer-focused approach will help strengthen Ultraflex’s support for partners and customers across the Southeast region.
