My client got a call from a community member saying how impressed he is with the look of their summer community education brochure. He loves the color scheme and the professional look. He has never taken one of their classes before, but he is considering it now that he has seen their high quality, professional brochure.

Had a great time working with Riekels Lawn Care & Landscape on a recent marketing project! 🌿

They’re a local company doing seriously impressive work—transforming lawns, maintaining beautiful landscapes, and helping homeowners take pride in their outdoor spaces. It’s always a win getting to collaborate with another business owner that truly cares about quality and their customers.

For this project, I designed an EDDM mailer and a door hanger to help them reach more homeowners in their service area. These pieces weren’t just about looking good—they were built to grab attention, communicate clearly, and drive real results.

Great design doesn’t just look good — it works.👍
I recently had the opportunity to design the Summer Community Education brochure for Orono schools, and the goal was simple: make it clear, engaging, bright/colorful and easy for families to use.

From thoughtful layout and strong visual hierarchy to easy-to-scan sections, every design choice was made to help readers quickly find classes, programs, and opportunities that fit their needs. When information is organized well and visually inviting, people are far more likely to explore what’s offered.

Good design improves usability, and ultimately helps programs reach more people and drive registrations.
