Dr. Daniela specializes in injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling, and treating common skin conditions, and is a gem to work with! 💥 💉

It's such a great feeling when you & your client click and you know the exact look they want. Daniela was after a clean, easy to navigate website with beautiful graphics and I'm so proud of the final product!

A swipe file is a version of something that someone else has written that you can look to for 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 - not copy, we don't do that, right? You can use this inspiration to write your own blog posts, social media captions, and emails.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I use 𝐏𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 for this on my laptop and save articles and blog posts for later inspiration. I tag the content into the subjects for later.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

On Instagram, you can use the 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 feature and add it to a collection for inspiration, or categorize it by subject.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Recently there's been a barrage of DM's inviting accounts to take part in a 'follow loop'. It starts with:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"Hey! A few of us in the creative community have decided to do a follow loop!" It goes on to explain that you follow the 5 accounts listed and then send the same DM to 5 other people after you delete the 5th person & add yourself. The strategy purports to grow your account by 280 followers in 3 days.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You may notice some short-term benefits, but think about why people follow you after a loop? It’s not because you attracted their awareness or sparked an interest with your content - it’s because they stand to benefit from the fact they are following you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And, as soon as the loop ends, people will start unfollowing you, rendering the entire process worthless & a complete waste of time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It would be a much better use of your time to focus on increasing your post reach & visibility, creating content that your audience needs and wants to see.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And then, you'll be gaining followers that actually want to see your content and engage with you. Because at the end of the day, 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭. 😉⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I recently took part in a fabulous Intention Setting series through the past 4 Monday mornings. It was through Zoom and such an amazing way to start the week. It helped me put so much of what I do during the day into perspective and let go of that perfection mindset we all have that truly isn't serving us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This past Monday was the last session and the theme was Inner Peace. It could not have been more timely. I had been feeling unsettled for a couple of days & I could not put my finger on why.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I spoke about this feeling, and my goal every day to get it all done, and Kristie (the leader, who is phenomenal) suggested stepping away from everything in the middle of the day and taking a walk or doing something different. She shared a story about the Lotus flower: Live like the Lotus in muddy water - be at home no matter the conditions. (I probably destroyed the quote but you get the gist!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And it reminded me to be in the moment more and stop worrying about getting it all done. It doesn't have to be a certain way, there is flexibility.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
