Your Instagram bio is the first sales page most people see for your coffee brand.

And most of them read like a 2016 bumper sticker.

Two mistakes I see every week:

1. A bio that says "we love great coffee" — tells me nothing about what you sell, who it's for, or why I should care.

2. A link that sends people to a homepage with twelve things to click — you've already lost them.

Two changes that take 20 minutes:

→ Bio line: name what you sell + who it's for. One specific sentence.
→ Link: straight to your bestselling bag. Not a homepage. Not a menu. The bag.

That's it.

DM me FUNNEL and I'll audit your Instagram bio for free — I'll tell you exactly what to rewrite.

Be honest — when did you last update your bio? 👇

Your Instagram bio is the first sales page most people see for your coffee brand.

Most of them read like a 2016 bumper sticker.

Here's what I audit every time:

1. BIO LINE — Does it name what you sell AND who it's for?
"We love great coffee" is not a pitch. "Single-origin coffee for home baristas who actually care about their morning" is.

2. THE LINK — Is it going to your homepage or your bestselling bag?
Every extra click is a lost sale. Send people to the product — not to a navigation menu.

3. HIGHLIGHTS — Do you have a Shop highlight with a clear cover?
First-time visitors look at highlights before they scroll your feed. Give them a direct path to buy.

4. THE CTA — Are you telling them what to do next?
"Link in bio" is not a CTA. "Shop our most popular Ethiopia blend — link in bio" is.

These four changes take 20 minutes. The average coffee brand DM I get? Has none of them.

Most coffee roasters post one type of content — then wonder why their reach stalled.

The accounts growing on Instagram right now rotate through 5:

→ The What-You-Do post — Tell people what you make and who it's for. Monthly minimum. Most assume their audience already knows. They don't.
→ The Process post — Roasting day. Packaging run. Cupping table. Nobody else has your specific process.
→ The Proof post — Reviews, shelf photos, DM screenshots (with permission). Let customers sell for you.
→ The Education post — One thing your audience didn't know about coffee. This content gets saved. Saves drive reach.
→ The Story post — Origin. Why you started. The roaster behind the bag. This is what converts followers into buyers.

Most roasters use #1 and #3. Maybe #2 if it was a good roast day.

The brands growing consistently use all five — in rotation.

The brands you remember on social didn't have a bigger budget.

They had a posting habit.

Not the perfect grid. Not a photographer on retainer. Not a content team.
Just a roaster who showed up every week, even when the post wasn't perfect.

Social media for coffee brands isn't about going viral.
It's about showing up until you're the brand people think of when they want great coffee.

This week: the full social playbook for coffee businesses.
Five days. Five frameworks. All practical — no fluff.

What's the one type of content you wish you posted more of?
Drop it below — I'll tell you exactly where it fits this week. ☕

4 weeks.

32 posts. Hundreds of DMs. Real conversations with real roasters building real brands.

This is why I do this.

Not for the metrics. For the roaster who rebuilt their label after Week 1. For the one who rewrote their Shopify copy on a Tuesday night. For the one who finally told their origin story and got 3 wholesale inquiries.

You did that. I just gave you the framework.

Thank you for building with us. ☕

If this helped you — share it with one roaster who needs to hear it.

Your packaging has already told the customer what your coffee is worth.

Before they read the price tag.
Before they read a single tasting note.
Before they open the bag.

Matte vs. glossy. Clean white space vs. cluttered label. Structured hierarchy vs. everything at equal weight.

These aren't just design choices. They're price signals.

If your packaging says $14, don't be surprised when customers resist $22.

DM me VALUE and I'll show you the packaging signals that give you permission to charge what your coffee is actually worth.

Before: hand-stamped kraft bag. No clear hierarchy. Three different fonts. Origin buried on the back.

After: clean structure. One dominant brand color. Roast level front and center. Origin as the hero story.

Same coffee. Same roaster.

30 days after the label redesign: up 40% on retail reorders.

The packaging wasn't just prettier. It was doing its job — communicating trust before the customer read a single word.

DM me REDESIGN and I'll show you exactly what we changed and why.

The 3-part system that turns followers into buyers 📊

Part 1 — ATTRACT
Content that proves you know your craft

Part 2 — CONVERT
Brand presence that makes a stranger feel like they already know you

Part 3 — RETAIN
A pathway that moves someone from interested to repeat customer

Most brands have Part 1.
Almost none have all 3.

DM me SYSTEM and I'll show you where your brand has gaps.
