I got the chance to visit with Matt Werner at Maze Medical Fitness Testing in Harrison, and it was such a great experience!

Maze provides precise, fitness testing to help optimize your health span and performance in Westchester, Connecticut, and the NY-metro area.

I had a DEXA scan, and I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I just laid on the table, waited about 2 minutes, and got my results right away (swipe left for pics).

I learned about my bone density, muscle mass, and body composition, plus where I can make some health improvements.

Shocker: I need to lift more weights. 😂

Matt was so great to work with and made the whole process simple and comfortable.
