Mailing Systems Inc (MSI) was founded in 1991 as a small mailing operation. MSI grew through the years to be one of Northern California’s most successful mail and digital print businesses. MSI’s mailing and data expertise, combined with its outstanding staff, led to the company’s steady growth. In 2021, Kasey Cotulla, Richard Withrow, and Todd Fulton purchased MSI to build on the reputation, capabilities, and offerings the company had assembled. With a move from Rancho Cordova into a large 110,000-square-foot facility in West Sacramento the business will continue to grow. MSI’s excellence in mailing and fulfillment adds greatly to the Delta Print Group’s capacity and capabilities. The state-of-the-art mailing and digital operating building in West Sacramento will lift the Delta Print Group companies to offer unrivaled capacity.

Delta Web Printing was founded in 1992 as a trade manufacturer of textbooks, directories, inserts, and periodicals with a focus on one and two-color work printed on uncoated and newsprint paper. Jim Davis and Kasey Cotulla became partners in Delta Web in 2008 and eventually bought the company in 2011. With the change in ownership, the company eventually tripled in size and expanded its capabilities and offerings. Delta Web was one of the founding operations within the Delta Print Group collective of companies and completed the move from West Sacramento into the Delta Print Group facility in Sacramento in 2020. The focus on highly efficient production from the Delta Web team has been a hallmark of the combined operations.

Fruitridge Printing was established in 1956 in Sacramento as a one-man operation. The company grew its reputation through the decades to one of the premier commercial print businesses in the area, and the company continued strongly. In 2021, the owners of Delta Print Group acquired Fruitridge and absorbed its equipment, operations, and expert staff. Fruitridge’s traditions of craftsmanship and sincere customer service are fantastic complements to the Delta Print Group. The Fruitridge commitment to excellence continues in a new environment with more resources, capabilities, and possibilities.

Metro Mailing Service was founded in 1998 and, over 30 years, grew into one of the largest mailing and printing facilities in Northern California. The Delta Print Group owners acquired the business in 2019 with a multi-year plan to consolidate the operations across the area into the Metro plant in Sacramento. Delta Print Group completed the consolidation of five companies at the end of 2020. Metro’s tradition of efficiency and expertise in mail and print work within its excellent production facility created the foundation for Delta Print Group’s explosive growth and success. As the business continues to expand, it is built on the framework established by Metro.

Citra Communications was founded in 2015 in Roseville as a digital print operation by Todd Fulton, Jim Davis, Richard Withrow, and Kasey Cotulla. Citra’s focus on digital, variable, and automated printing expanded the capabilities of all the associated companies. The expansion into large format along with continued investments in digital imaging created an operation focused on short runs, variable data, and high-quality electronic printing. Citra moved the large format department into the Delta Print Group facility in 2019 and quickly invested in more equipment and capabilities. Within the year, Citra’s team took over management of all digital printing and moved the HP Indigo equipment to Sacramento. Delta Print Group has benefitted immensely from Citra Communication’s expertise and focus on digital imaging to complement the full-service mail and offset print capacity of all the operations.

Paul Baker Printing was started in 1990 as a sheetfed and digital printing operation with a reputation built on high-end printing. Kasey Cotulla, Jim Davis, and Richard Withrow purchased the company in 2015. The new owners built on the company’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship and quickly revitalized the business. In spring 2020, through the challenges of the Covid pandemic, the Paul Baker facility was moved from Roseville to the Delta Print Group facility in Sacramento. The high-quality print standards brought by the Paul Baker team have been a building block for Delta Print Group

River City Printers began in 1993 as River City Trade & Bindery. In 2011, Kasey Cotulla, Jim Davis, and Richard Withrow purchased all the assets of the business in Rancho Cordova. River City’s specialty has always been printing for mailing, political campaigns, and point-of-purchase. The new owners invested in the company and focused on expanding capacity through equipment investments and additions to the strong technical staff. Within three years, River City had more than doubled in size and filled every square foot of the Rancho Cordova production facility. River City was the first Delta Print Group company to move operations to the Gateway Park plant in Sacramento in the summer of 2019. River City’s work ethic and “get it done” attitude pushed the new Delta Print Group culture to greater heights.

Mailrite Print & Mail started in 2003 and steadily grew its mailing reputation, capabilities, and expertise. Founded by Richard Withrow and Reimah Reinert in Sacramento, Mailrite’s has always been laser-focused on the highest possible levels of mailing accuracy and performance. The company has been unmatched in its service levels for mailing and fulfillment through its expert staff. Mailrite moved into the Delta Print Group facility on Gateway Park Blvd. at the end of 2020. The Mailrite team of experts lifted all departments with an uncompromising concentration on 100% accuracy in every phase of production.
