Xfinity discovered the “suspicious activity” on Oct. 25, and in the following months determined that information was “likely acquired.” On Dec. 6, the company concluded that information included usernames and hashed passwords — and, for some customers, the last four digits of Social Security numbers, account security questions, birthdate,s and contact information.

Consider this, if you are relying on Social Media to keep your clients informed about your business, you have NO control over who actually sees the message or in what order they see it.... did you mean to send mixed messages?

Your Website is the only place you have 100% control of the message you want to give your clients. Get it updated! keep it updated. with your existing clients via digital means has never been more critical. Make sure you are controlling the information stream or you can expect people to be confused because they will likely get the messages you are sending out of order, the Algorithms on all social media platforms attempt to show the best post that matches the user and your most recent one often will not be what they choose.

I have been beating this Drum based on my personal experience from the 2008 crash, turns out It is not just my opinion. Stick with it start doing it, if your competition folds it will be in part because they stopped advertising.

With talk of a possible economic slowdown, numerous case studies have pointed out that marketers should not cutback on their advertising. Those advertisers that maintain their "share of voice" or change their ad message to emphasize value, often end up with a higher "share of market".
