While still working with building out the new smt art store, the brunt of my time has been spent assisting Clark Pacific, a leading manufacturer of prefab buildings, in migrating one of their main software systems to the cloud.

While I tend to market the more creative capabilities of Traversi Media, Inc., I also have 15 years experience specializing in custom integrations. Simply put, I build middleware that connects organization's data and processes. While many companies can function using only off-the-shelf software, those organizations that are excelling in their industries need increased capabilities through fluid data sharing across the enterprise and more efficient processes.

While it is true that custom integrations can be costly - from taking a deep dive into the business, its industry and competitors, to understanding enterprise software and the data - it's often far less than laboring under systems that don't serve the business' needs fully, as well as inefficient processes and analytics. Looking at the entire organization, how much time could be saved optimizing system - and people - processes?

Finished up a 4K version of an animation sequence I had created. This wasn't done for a specific project, but just to keep the skills sharp and add to my content library.

Posted a lower resolution of this segment and was happy with it until I watched on my 55" 4K TV and immediately hated it. So, I re-rendered and put together ...

Transitioning over to a new website and domain: tmicreates.com

The new site/name represents a shift in focus back to more creative services. My whole career started in graphic design and 3D, so going back to my roots is a natural evolution of the business.

While there hasn't been a lot of positives stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, it did give me the opportunity to reevaluate my company and its best chance for success now and into the future.

The WRX was a brand that I believed in and represented the variety of services I could provide my clients. However, I faced ongoing challenges in marketing that stemmed from the name and its counterpart in the automotive world. Ultimately, it wasn't anything that I would easily overcome.

To provide the best chance for the company's success, I've relaunched under the name Traversi Media, Inc. Leveraging my name and reputation, the company also expands its service offerings with more general graphic design and 3D illustrations/animations.

There are some new markets Traversi Media will enter in the weeks to come, as well as new ventures I am considering. Although many things haven't really changed, I'm a lot more optimistic about the future as the company sets forth again in its new direction.
