Over the past few years I have felt the impact of slowing down, less energy, 😔 less motivation, and not feeling my best. But I know I am not alone in this.
That is why I created AIM 2 WIN a free and supportive community where we prioritize movement mindset and progress over perfection. 💪
I recently asked the group what challenge they wanted to focus on next and they voted for movement not just exercise but intentional feel good ways to get our bodies moving every day. So starting tomorrow we are kicking off our 30 Day MOVE Challenge where we will commit to 20 to 30 minutes of movement daily walking stretching strength training yoga dancing and more. No pressure no expectations just showing up for ourselves and moving in ways that feel good.
