I have a question…

When did AI writing tools start feeling like kitchen appliances? 😅

One chops.
One blends.
One mixes.
One claims it can do everything except clean the kitchen.

And somehow, you’re still standing there thinking…

“Which one am I supposed to use?”

That’s exactly why I wrote this week’s blog post.

Because a lot of business owners are wondering if they can just use ChatGPT for writing, or if tools like Claude, Gemini, or Typli.ai are better for certain parts of the process.

And honestly?

The answer is not as simple as “this one is best.”

It depends on what you’re trying to do.

➡️ Are you trying to get ideas?
➡️ Clean up a rough draft?
➡️ Find a better angle?
➡️ Get a structure so you’re not staring at a blank screen?

That’s the difference.

I broke it down in plain English so you can stop guessing and start using the tool that fits the job.

Most people don’t need another AI writing tool.

They need to stop treating AI like a magic button. 😅

Because that’s where the frustration starts.

You open ChatGPT and ask it to “write a post” or “make this better”…

Then the answer comes back kind of bland, kind of off, and not really something you’d want to publish.

So you think, “Maybe I need a better AI tool.”

Maybe.

But sometimes the real issue is that you didn’t give AI a clear job.

AI works better when you know what step you need help with:

✨ Finding the idea
✨ Building the outline
✨ Writing the rough draft
✨ Cleaning up your wording
✨ Turning one idea into emails or social posts

That’s also how you figure out whether ChatGPT is enough or whether something like Claude, Gemini, or Typli ai might make that step easier.

I test AI tools for busy online business owners so you don’t waste time and money trying everything yourself.

This week’s blog post breaks this down in a simple way.

No giant tool list, just a practical look at which AI writing tool helps with which part of the job.

Which part do you usually get stuck on most?

If every small business task feels like it comes with 10 extra steps, this post is for you.

This is what I mean. 👇

Your links are hard to find.

Your ideas are scattered.

Your tools are all over the place.

Your to-do list is mostly living in your head. 😯

That gets exhausting fast…

And I know because I’ve done it too.

You sit down to “just get one thing done,” and somehow spend half your time looking for the thing you need.

Very professional. Very organized. Totally calm. 😂

That’s why I updated this post:

Business Organization: Simple Systems, Tools, and AI Tips.

You can read it here 👇

https://mezmarketing.com/how-to-organize-a-small-business/

Inside, I share simple ways to clean up the parts of your business that quietly slow you down, like your workflow, tools, affiliate programs, workspace, weekly tasks, and messy ideas.

It’s not about making your business perfect. It’s about making it easier to run.

What’s the hardest thing for you to keep organized right now in your business?

Is it links, content ideas, emails, tools, or weekly tasks?

If you need a simpler way, follow for more simple AI and online business tips that make things feel easier.

You know what makes business feel harder than it should?

All the little things that are hiding everywhere.

You know… the link you saved “somewhere.”

The content idea you swore you’d remember.

The task that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

Then all the notes that are sitting in 3 different places, and you already forgot where that was… 😅

That stuff adds up fast in business.

And somehow, you’re working hard… but still feel behind.

I can relate to this a lot! 🙄

Between my son’s graduations and getting ready for his party, I had to get organized fast.

I wrote things down, used ChatGPT to sort through details, kept my calendar close, and made notes for the things I knew I’d forget.

Because trying to keep all of that in my head?

Yeah… not happening. 😂

Business can feel the same way.

When everything is scattered, simple tasks will take you longer.

You don’t need some fancy system that takes more work to manage than your business.

You just need a simple way to keep up with what matters.

I updated one of my older blog posts on this, and I’ll be sharing it soon, so keep a look out for it.

If you don’t want to miss it or anything else, then follow for simple AI and online business tips that keep this simple and doable.

A tool can help you move faster in your business, but it still needs a job. 👀

That’s the part I didn’t understand at first.

I used to think the right tool would make everything easier, but I’ve learned that too many tools can slow you down just as much as not having the right ones.

Now with AI in the mix, it’s even easier to wonder what you actually need and what can wait. 🤯

So I updated this week’s blog post to break it all down simply for you.

I’m not handing you a big list of tools to run and sign up for.

This is more about figuring out what will really help you, what can wait, where AI fits in, and how to keep your setup simple enough so you're not wasting time and money.

Ever sign up for a tool because you thought, “Yep, this is what I need…”

Then two weeks later, you barely remember the login? 😅

I know… we all have dont it, right?

That is why I updated this week’s blog post.

When you are learning affiliate marketing, it feels like everyone has a different tool you “need.”

One for writing.
One for email.
One for links.
One for graphics.
One for SEO.
And now AI tools on top of all that.

It gets confusing fast.

So this post is not a giant list of tools to go buy.

It’s more about what I would use now for my business, what I would skip, and where AI actually fits into all this without making everything harder.

Because more tools don’t always mean more progress.

Sometimes you just need a simpler setup.

I test AI tools and business tools so busy beginners and online business owners can avoid wasting time and money on things that sound helpful but may not fit yet.

Have you ever paid for a tool and then barely used it?

A pretty AI image can still flop. 👀

Because if the message isn’t clear, the hook doesn’t grab attention, and the graphic doesn’t tell people why they should care…

It’s just a nice-looking image doing absolutely nothing for your business and that’s not what you want.

That’s where a lot of small business owners lose time.

They start with the design, then try to force the message into it.

And that’s when the “quick” graphic turns into editing the text, changing the layout, swapping the headline, and wondering why AI was supposed to make this easier. 😅

That’s why I wrote this post on Canva AI vs ChatGPT.

Not to pick one winner, but to show how they can work better together when you use them in the right order.

ChatGPT can help you get the message clear first.

Canva AI can help turn that message into something visual and branded.

It’s a simple shift, but a big difference.

Ever make a graphic that looks nice… but still feels like something’s off? 🤔

You open Canva, or whatever design tool you use, thinking the right template or AI image will make the post come together.

Then 30 minutes later, you’ve changed the font, swapped the colors, moved the headline six times, or regenerated the image again… and somehow the post still doesn’t feel right. 😩

Beginning to sound familiar???

A lot of the time, the design is not the real problem.

The message is doing too much, and yes, AI can create the image for you too, but for business content, a pretty image is not always enough. 👀

You still need it to be clear, branded, easy to edit, and useful for the platform where you’re posting it.

Before you create the visual, try using ChatGPT for one thing. Ask it to tell you what the graphic should focus on. Not the caption, and not the whole post.

Just the main point someone should understand in three seconds.

That one little step can save you from building or generating a pretty graphic around a confusing idea. 💡

I tested Typli AI because I wanted to know one thing…

Is it really useful for content creation, or does it just give you more things to fix later? 👀

Because let’s be honest. Some AI tools look amazing until you try to use them for an actual blog post, social post, emails, or images.

Then suddenly you’re sitting there thinking… “Okay, but would I really publish this?” 😅

So I tested Typli AI with real content tasks and not just using one cute prompt.

I used it for writing, keyword ideas, outlines for blog posts, titles, editing, social content, images, and more.

And a few parts surprised me.

Some in a good way and some not so much.

The part that stood out most was not just what Typli AI can do.

It was figuring out which parts were really useful for beginners and small business owners who don't want another tool that looks helpful but feels confusing once they open it.

My full Typli AI review is live now.

I break down what helped, what felt weak, what changed after upgrading, and whether I think it is worth using for content creation.

Not every AI tool saves you time. ⏳

Some tools look helpful at first.

➡️ They give you a draft.
➡️ They give you ideas.
➡️ They make you think, “Okay, this might make content easier.”

But here’s the part most people don’t check… 👀 How much work is left after the tool is done?

Because if you still have to rewrite everything, fix the structure, clean up awkward wording, and make it sound human again, then did it really save you time?

That’s what I pay attention to when I test AI tools.

Not just what the tool can create, but whether a busy business owner can use it without having to create another hour of cleanup.

I’ve been testing Typli AI inside my own business workflow, including blog writing, keyword planning, outlines, editing, social content, and more.

My goal is simple…

Test the tool in real business tasks so you don’t waste time or money trying to figure out what really helps.

What’s the one thing you wish an AI writing tool could do better?
