My episode of Investor Fuel Real Estate Show is live and I cannot stop cringing. Filming the morning after Christmas was a bad idea. I was in a cramped spare room away from home, the neighbors were in heavy construction, and I had a brutal holiday hangover. I blanked on most of what mattered and only realized it hours later. The worst part is this was our unveiling on Triage Data Systems & we had planned on using this as a major promotion for our new venture.

What I wish I said on camera is this. Triage Data Systems exists because bad data wastes time, burns money, and destroys the mental-health of good salespeople. Combing public and private data we are able to see a clear picture into the lives on the people in these lists. We can score thousands of leads in minutes. Paired with my custom lead scoring process, the result is a small, reliable set of leads that practically sell themselves. We then track the warm and soft opportunities that still need some time to ripen. When handled correctly, our clients arrive at exactly the right moment and are seen as lifesavers.
This is not just selling leads. We are building moats. TDS is committed to keeping homes accessible by working only with local buyers and local famiy funds. We aim to keep as many deals from being siphoned off by big private institutions, as possible.
