Tamara Collins Helping business owners build up themselves and their businesses through systems. Not the ones they are willing to settle for. www.businessboldly.com

I am happiest when I am productive and helping others to create the lives and businesses that they want for themselves. It is my goal to work with struggling business owners and help them get results! I'm a mom, MBA, business coach and first rate cheerleader.

A shocking amount of businesses are being held together by:
screenshots
memory
sticky notes
and “I’ll remember to do that later.” 😭

Then people wonder why growth starts feeling exhausting.

Because eventually the business outgrows survival-mode operations.

At some point:
the problem stops being motivation…

and starts being infrastructure.

One of my clients hired a VA for like $8/hour to build her website, funnels, automations, and backend systems because it felt cheaper upfront.

And honestly?
At first it probably did save money.

Then suddenly:
half the automations worked-half didn’t
things weren’t connected properly
nothing was documented
tasks started getting dropped
and nobody really knew how the backend was actually functioning anymore. 😭

So now she’s paying ME to come in and rebuild the systems correctly anyway.

And honestly this happens constantly in business.

People will spend $3,000 fixing a mess before they’ll spend $1,500 building it properly the first time.

You get what you pay for...half ass investment-sh*t results

Your growth infrastructure should be something you invest in, something that can scale.

Do it right the fist time..

I use systems because my brain matters more somewhere else.

I use tools that:

- follow up with leads
- nurture conversations
- send emails
- deliver PDFs and videos
- monitor reviews
- track visibility
- organize pipelines
- automate repetitive admin work

Not because I’m lazy.

Because I’d rather use my actual brainpower building strategy, solving problems, creating systems, and helping clients grow.

And honestly?

I’d also rather only work 4 hours a day so I can:
go to the dog park,
pick my son up on a hard day,
deep clean my house,
hit the gym for 2 hours,
or spend time with people I love…

instead of manually babysitting tasks software can handle better anyway. 😭

That’s the whole point of systems.

Your business should not require you to manually hold every moving piece together forever.

If your business is starting to feel heavier than it should…
that’s usually the moment infrastructure matters.

Message me if you’re ready to build systems that actually support your growth instead of creating more chaos.

It’s Friday at 5:30.

Did you finish your work week…
or just survive it? 😭

Because a LOT of business owners are still sitting there right now:
replying to leads,
fixing last-minute problems,
posting random marketing content,
sending invoices,
updating websites,
and trying to remember which password belongs to what.

At some point, “doing everything yourself” stops being scrappy and starts becoming the bottleneck.

More money than time?
That’s usually the moment structure matters.

Automation.
Systems.
Delegation.
Actual operational support.

Because your business should not fully collapse every time YOU get busy.

Yesterday took it out of me…
and today wasn’t about pushing harder—it was about recovering.

Slow morning.
Lower energy.
Letting myself catch back up instead of forcing it.

And honestly?
I leaned on my people today.

I let myself be supported.
I let things be a little easier.
I didn’t try to carry everything solo.

Because the truth is—
you don’t build anything sustainable by running yourself into the ground.

You build it by knowing when to go hard…
and when to be held up a little.

So if today felt slower for you too—good.
That’s not you falling behind.

That’s you staying in the game.

What did you need more of today—rest or support?

Please step away from the Canva gradients.

Respectfully.

Your business should not look like a nightclub flyer, a motivational Pinterest quote, and a tax office banner all merged together during a mental breakdown.

Good branding feels clear.
Recognizable.
Intentional.

Not like every post was designed by a different cousin with “creative ideas.”

People trust businesses that look established online.

That’s why strategy matters more than random posting panic.

Your competition loves your inconsistent branding.

Because every time you disappear for 3 weeks, post a blurry flyer, change fonts again, or panic-post random content at midnight…

you make THEIR business look more established.

Branding isn’t just aesthetics.

It’s trust.
It’s recognition.
It’s looking like a business people feel safe spending money with.

And honestly?
Most businesses don’t need more hustle.

They need structure.

Your business looks confused.

And your customers can feel that faster than you think.

One post is luxury.
One post is cartoon clipart.
One post sounds corporate.
The next sounds like your cousin got ahold of the page after 3 margaritas.

Branding matters because consistency builds trust.

People should recognize your business instantly —
not wonder if they clicked the wrong company.

Your marketing budget is showing.

And not in a cute “look how strategic I am” way.

More like:
47 Canva templates.
3 fonts fighting for custody.
A logo from your DIY era.
And captions that sound like your business is being held together with iced coffee and denial.

Listen. We’ve all been there.

But at some point, your brand has to stop looking like a group project nobody managed.

Clean it up.
Tighten the message.
Make the business look like the money you want it to make.
