8 year old me feels safe and is having fun. 80 year old me… I think I’m making her happy too. Guess we find out one day if we’re blessed enough.

Vlog part 2! Did you notice the Zevo doin its job? Dude. Fruit flies are bad this time of year. Also the freeze dried strawberries from Costco + chocolate chips is the perfect pick me up. So crunchy. And if you’re gluten free and HAVEN’T HAD the Franz Deli Style Sourdough, you need to run and find it. It’s been a long time without good bread to go with a hot bowl of homemade soup. But it can happen!! Franz Bakery we are not sure how you pulled this off but thank you from us all.

Lately I’ve been drinking Excelsa Coffee Co. for so many reasons: flavor, environmental impact, and less jitters. They also have a cafe just 2 blocks from where my grandpa owned a shop in Ocean Beach, CA, so I feel like I’m supporting where my family roots are from. You can find their rare coffee beans at drinkexcelsa.com.

Keeping myself healthy and whole is now my biggest focus because the rhythm of our whole family flows from me. I do this best when I pour from a full cup.

Do you show up to socials looking 100%? I don’t always. But I shouldn’t let that hold me back because this is real life! I like good hair and makeup days too, but I also can’t always be bothered.
