Track It: The Behavior Tracking App

Track It: The Behavior Tracking App Track It helps parents track behaviors, patterns, health, and environmental factors so they can better understand what their child is experiencing.

Built by a special needs mom who needed a better way to advocate for her child.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the behavior itself.

It’s wondering if you’re missing something.

Wondering if it’s important.
Wondering if it’s connected.
Wondering if you’re overthinking it.
Wondering if anyone else sees what you’re seeing.

But understanding rarely happens all at once 💙

Sometimes it comes one moment at a time.
One pattern at a time.
One realization at a time.

You don’t have to have all the answers today.

Sometimes the first step is tracking the moments that keep showing up.

Because what feels random today may become a pattern tomorrow.

Have you ever looked back and realized something made a lot more sense later?

Sometimes what looks like “bad behavior”…

is actually overwhelm.

Too much noise.
Too many transitions.
Too many expectations at once.
Too much happening for a nervous system already trying to cope.

And when you’re in survival mode too, those patterns can be incredibly hard to spot in real time 💙

That’s why understanding behaviors often happens little by little.

Not overnight.
Not perfectly.
But moment by moment, pattern by pattern.

Sometimes the behavior isn’t coming out of nowhere…
sometimes it’s communication.

What’s something you realized was actually overwhelming your child?

05/26/2026

Sometimes you’re expected to remember everything.

Every behavior.
Every trigger.
Every meltdown.
Every food issue.
Every sleep struggle.
Every tiny detail from weeks or months ago during appointments.

But the truth is… sometimes you’re just trying to survive the moment while supporting your child the best you can 💙

That’s one of the biggest reasons patterns get missed at first. Not because you don’t care — but because you’re already carrying so much mentally.

You were never meant to hold all of this alone.

Tell me I’m not the only one whose kids’ “playtime” ends up looking like this 🤪

Today feels slower in the best way 🤍

Grateful for family.
Grateful for freedom.
Grateful for the little moments that don’t seem little when you really stop and look at them.

Some seasons of motherhood feel loud and overwhelming. Some days feel heavy. But today I’m just thankful for time together, fresh air, laughter, and memories being made in the middle of ordinary life 🇺🇸

Holding close the families who are remembering loved ones today ❤️

When you’re trying to remember:
what triggered it
what helped
how often it happened
what the environment was like
what happened before the meltdown
what happened after…

…it becomes a LOT to carry in your head 💙

That’s why Track It was designed to help you:
• track behaviors
• save triggers + interventions
• log important details
• look back over time
• and connect patterns more clearly

Because sometimes the smallest details end up explaining the biggest struggles.

And you shouldn’t have to rely on memory alone.

Track It was designed by a mom who understands what it feels like to carry all of those details mentally every single day 💙

👉 What’s one thing you wish was easier to keep track of?

You’re not trying to overanalyze your child.

You’re trying to hold onto:
the behaviors
the triggers
the environments
the appointments
the little moments that feel important… but become hard to fully remember later.

Because when you’re living it every day, the details blur together fast.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t noticing the patterns…

it’s trying to hold onto them long enough to explain them clearly 💙

That’s why tracking can be so powerful.

Not for judgment.
Not for perfection.

But to help you better understand your child and communicate those patterns with more clarity and confidence.

Because sometimes the biggest breakthroughs start with the smallest details.

Track It was designed by a mom who understands what it feels like to carry all of those details in your head… and need a way to finally see the bigger picture 💙

05/20/2026

Sometimes the pattern isn’t in one moment.

It’s in:
the hard days
the calm days
the outings
the routines
the overwhelm
the recovery
the environment
the little changes over time

That’s why tracking matters.

Not to judge every behavior.
Not to overanalyze every moment.

But to finally zoom out and understand the bigger picture 💙

Because sometimes the clues you need are hidden in everyday life.

That’s the heart behind Track It.

What’s something you noticed over time that you wish you’d connected sooner?

05/19/2026

Sometimes behaviors that seem “small” are actually important clues.

Spinning.
repetitive movements.
intense focus.
sensory seeking.
certain routines or patterns.

To someone else, those moments might not seem important.

But over time… those little details can start revealing bigger patterns.

That’s why behavior tracking can be so powerful 💙

Not because every behavior is “bad.”

But because understanding:

* when behaviors happen
* where they happen
* what happened beforehand
* and what helps afterward

can completely change the way you support a child.

Sometimes what looks random… is actually communication.

Follow along for autism parenting support, behavior insights, and real-life moments that help connect the dots 💙

05/18/2026

Sometimes behaviors don’t happen because a child is “bad.”

Sometimes they’re overwhelmed.
sometimes they’re dysregulated.
sometimes their nervous system is trying to cope the best way it can.

And one of the hardest parts?

The patterns usually don’t become obvious until much later.

You start realizing:
it happens more in loud places
more during transitions
more around crowds
more after long days
more when routines change

But in the moment… it can just feel random.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I was led to create Track It.

Not to judge behaviors.
Not to label children.

But to help you connect the dots over time so you can walk into appointments with real examples, real patterns, and real clarity.

Because sometimes the little moments end up explaining the big picture. 💙

If you’ve ever walked away from an appointment thinking:
“I know something is going on… I just can’t explain it clearly”

Track It was made for you.

Follow along for support, behavior insights, and real-life autism parenting moments. 💙

05/16/2026

Sometimes the hard moments can feel so loud…

that it’s easy to miss the beautiful ones in between 💙

The laughter.
The movement.
The obstacle courses through the living room.
The little moments that don’t seem important at the time.

But those moments matter too.

And honestly?
Some of our best memories are the messy, loud, chaotic ones 🤍

05/15/2026

Some behaviors can feel completely random at first.

One hard day.
One meltdown.
One rough appointment.

But over time…

patterns start to appear 💙

The same triggers.
The same environments.
The same routines.
The same overwhelm.

That’s why Track It was built to help you:
• track behaviors
• save triggers + interventions
• log daily context
• look back over time
• connect the dots more clearly

Because sometimes the smallest details…
become the biggest clues.
