I've always known Steve Trang as one of, if not the top wholesalers in the country. His reputation preceded him as a super sharp guy, wholesaler extraordinaire and a sales juggernaut.
What I didn't know, is that Steve graduated Suma Cum Laude from ASU as an Electrical Engineer! And went on to Grad School as an engineer, before switching lanes to Real Estate and Sales.
So there's hope, after all, for us Engineers who made a 180 in their careers, and after this call with Steve I'm more confident than ever that we're gonna make it in the Sales world.
How this came about is, I had made a post in School Of Sharks wondering whether Sales could developed as a skill or were good salesmen simply born with it. I received a lot of mixed responses where some said it was totally possible to learn sales, and some saying either you got it or you don't. Then my good friend Bryan Blankenship referred me to Steve's program and tagged him.
And today, I got a chance to hop on a 1-on-1 call with the man himself, and in just 20 minutes, learned some critical info, which I'm convinced is going to change my trajectory.
