Your best reviews might be from three years ago. That's part of why you're not getting recommended now.
When someone asks AI or Google for a business like yours, recent activity matters. A steady trickle of new reviews tells both the customer and the algorithm that you're active and people keep choosing you.
A wall of great reviews that all stopped in 2022 does the opposite. It reads like a business that peaked and slowed down, even if you're busier than ever.
Most owners just aren't asking. They do great work, the customer's happy, and then nobody ever requests the review. So the pile goes stale.
You don't need a hundred reviews. You need a few recent ones, coming in regularly, that mention what you actually did and where.
The fix is a habit, not a campaign. Ask every happy customer, the same way, every time.
We put this and the rest of what gets you found into a playbook for service businesses.
