Wednesdays will never be the same again. 🥹
It’s been a week since the season finale, and I’m still not over it. I LOVE Ted Lasso so much! The humor, the characters, the life lessons, ALL OF IT! And because apparently I can’t watch anything without finding a business lesson in it, here are 5 things Season 4 taught me about life and business. ⚽️
1. Dare to Blossom.
My favorite team pep talk! Down two goals against Chelsea, Ted reminds us that the fear of embarrassment can hold us back more than the risk of trying.
2. Keep Looking Forward.
When Rebecca’s past heartbreak makes her afraid of love, Ted reminds her that the rearview mirror is smaller than the windshield. A reminder not to let past wounds limit future possibilities.
3. Start Saying YES!
Watching Coach Alice shift her mindset and start saying yes reminded me how easily we can close ourselves off to opportunities out of fear or habit. Sometimes we just need to be open to what could happen next.
4. Progress Isn’t Always About Winning.
Richmond may have lost to Chelsea, but their incredible comeback was a victory in itself. A reminder that success isn’t always about the outcome, but about the courage to show up, take risks, and keep going.
5. BELIEVE... AND
I loved how the Lady Greyhounds gave the iconic BELIEVE sign a personal meaning, adding notes about what they each believed in. Because believing is just the beginning. What really matters is what we do with that belief.
Any other Ted Lasso fans here?
