Your designs aren’t by accident, neither are our photographs. If every single one of your projects represents hundreds of decisions like materials, finishes, furniture, lighting - then we believe that the photography should honor that same level of intention.
Coming from a background in filmmaking, our goal was always to invoke a visceral sense of knowing. Like you’ve been there before. When you come across a Glass Lake image, we want you to feel like you already have an idea of the atmosphere, and the level of craftsmanship. In doing so, our photos become more than documentation, it’s a continuation of the design itself. That is the standard we set for every project we photograph.
What is a philosophy or value that guides the way you approach your work?
