What's Your Magic Number? Part Deux
Get EXCITED ... today you will take the first step towards finding YOUR "Magic Number"!
Do not take this lightly. This first step is critical, so pay close attention to the steps I give you.
But first, let's do a quick recap...
Our first "Case Story" was about Dr. Sam, the dentist. He struggled to bring in new patients.
Then, he learned his "Magic Number," it was applied to the "Magic Number Blueprint," and his business exploded with 86 new patients within 30 days!
In case you're wondering if this only works for medical professionals ... the answer is NO!
Our next "Case Story" involves Lisa, a home services business owner.
Lisa was barely scraping by in her business ... only getting up to two jobs booked per month.
Yes, she was getting referrals due to the excellent work being done for her clients.
She did some local advertising to get shared leads from a couple of well know sites. One was a lady that has a list (I believe her name starts with an "A"), the other, some huge "Group" something site...
Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to really scale her business.
Lisa learned about the "Magic Number Blueprint," and after finding her "Magic Number," then activating the "Magic Number Blueprint," her business took off!
In fact, she more than 7X'd her business in 12 months ... going from barely two booked jobs a month, to 3 booked jobs a week!
So, how did she find her "Magic Number"?
Right now, take a look at your website.
Now, before you ask ... NO, you do not need tech skills to do this!
You are going to focus on one thing ... the number of links, also known as hyperlinks.
Wait, I thought you said I do not need tech skills! Patience my friend ... this part will be easy.
Okay, for those of you who already know how to identify a link, please be patient with those that don't.
When you move your mouse cursor over anything on your website, and it changes from an arrow icon, to a hand icon, that is a link.
Go ahead, try it right now ... just move your arrow cursor (or hover your cursor) over anything. If it becomes a hand icon, that is a link.
Now, the first step to find your "Magic Number" is to count the number of links on the first page of your website. No, the number of links is not your "Magic Number" -- one step at a time. Your task is to count the number of links on the first page of your website.
Please do not rush this part, or take it lightly. You need to be specific here.
The number of links on your website is an important part of the "Magic Number Formula" -- without it, you will not be able to learn your "Magic Number"!
In the next part of this series, titled: "What's Your Magic Number? Part Trois" -- you'll learn the next step towards finding YOUR "Magic Number"!
Until then, make sure you write down the number of links you found on your website. Also, comment below with the number of links you found!
