I wanted to give everyone a heads up to a potentially large new feature has been added to your Google Business Listing. You can now set up call tracking from within your Google Business Listing.

At the moment this feature is still free. The feature is marked as "beta" so it's possible for specifics to change over time. Currently, your regular business number is still displayed on your google listing, but when someone clicks the "Call" Button, it will forward the call through a Google tracking number so that it can track whether the call is answered or not and time stamp the call in a log.

You can then see a display of what phone number called you, what time, and whether or not the call was answered. This could be a pretty amazing tool for certain industries.

You can find the tool on your "home" page in your Google business management account. I included a picture to help. Let me know if you need any help setting it up, it'll only take us a couple minutes.
