State Appellate Court Overturns Injunction; Restaurants, Strip Clubs Ordered to Close Again

The California Court of Appeals overruled a San Diego judge’s temporary injunction allowing county restaurants to reopen on-site dining, reducing them, once again, to takeout services only.
