HAPPY MONDAY - Are you embracing your inner superpower, you know PURE, HONEST AND RADIANT JOY?

I recently truly understood the intensity of just how transformative joy in life can be and it has impacted the very core of every area of my eco-system.

Let me be clear I’m not sugar coating this with positivity as life is collection of experience with range and complexity. I mean the inner working of coming into your authenticity and owning this in every way possible.

I mean really leaning into the things that bring harmony, peace, and ease within the challenges that exploration, curiosity and self-discovery offer up as a whole.

Where questions once sat gathering space and time and dust and worry, new pathways of clarity, intention, zeal for the unknown and action have gathered. My days are now filled in the breath of productivity, understanding, creativity, tenacity, and fervid zeal.

This has been a process, but the first step was making the decision to no longer settle for anything that doesn’t align with my heart and souls calling for my time in the sun here on earth. I’m full of gratitude and honored for in everything and everyone that crosses my path and the gems they share in their own brilliance. It’s in the little things that we get to see the big picture and craft our journey. How will you embrace your day today and honor your soul’s work? Yesterday, I had a pretty unsettling fall, while running that jarred and bruised me both physically and mentally. It humbled me as it forced me to stop in all ways. As it was happening I was being deeply called to take a pause, I knew it and felt it’s undeniable pulse. I was in a pattern of full speed ahead while forgetting to spend a little extra time in moment gifted.

Today I wake with a full smile, a popping hip and knee🙃, but intense gratitude as the balance returns to my soul.

Thank you for all the sweet thoughts and kindness I’ve been DM’d. I see you and appreciate your sun rays in my world.

A ‘no’ is just a reason for an adventure.”

These words sailed from my mouth with such clarity this morning. I paused as I realized what I just said. Thinking back to all the times someone told me no or not possible, which has always felt more like a dare when it came to a pathway. I do not mean this with respect to others’ boundaries, but the ones we tell ourselves to stay comfortable and hide behind the façade and safety of fear.

The embrace of these dares seems to roll with life's seasons, sometimes it’s full throttle and other times stuck in neutral. Lately, I’ve been saying yes, where I might have swayed more no, where my biggest fears stare boldly in a challenge.

The cracks where ego takes the driver's seat and the unknown feels incredibly vulnerable are being lit up with new adventures of self and delight. A game of chance sprouting new buds and breaking fresh earth with new vantage points, perspectives, and opportunities to connect and root.

I’m looking forward to this ride. 😎

This year has been many things. It has rattled my core and broke me open in ways I could not imagine and in the end it always came back to these two. Meet my dear family, my sweet littles, my heart, Zeelee and Devin. They are the roots to everything in my world. 2020 gave our trio wings and balance, and truth of our love, resilience and peace. We can always return to each other and reroot and grow, and begin again.

NEW BRAND ✨suite on the way! 🦋
Featured here is an alternate stacked version of the logo design - with the simplified concept of “any moment” messaging as “I ‘am’ healing”.

Have versatility with this logo has been everything in its fruition.

Another beautiful brand project that has been transformative just in the making. Kim found me via and connected, and it’s been a match made in heaven. Any Moment Healing is a wellness and lifestyle brand with a mission to “handle healing with humor, love, and acceptance.”

The branding is inspired by traditional South African mudcloth as well as the symbolism of “the circle of life” and oneness with self. Additionally the 3 parallel lines can have multiple meanings however I found a concept resonance in the idea that mind, body and spirit were in unity.

As we all move into this holiday season and 2nd round of restrictions and lockdown’s it is our community that holds us together, those ties to our homes, towns we commune. Our small businesses, musicians, artists, and healers have been especially impacted this year as well as independent stores, restaurants and retailers.

How, where and what we purchase has always had a great impact but even more so now. I encourage us all to consider the lasting impression this may have as well as that for our homeless neighbors and non-profits.
