[𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲]

Communication is the water that feeds the soul to give life motivation and positivity.

And it's by far my favorite skill i've acquired over 19 years in sales.

It’s the root and the whole of your creativity — the most creative experience for any of us.

Your genius, flourish on this medium and it will help you make your art better and share it more broadly.

And don’t worry if you can’t don't have complete clarity — moving forward is the hardest part.

It means starting from one place, and that place is right where you are now.

Don’t cover up your brilliance by trying to give life to an idea that you’re not confident in yet.

Magic happens while you’re practicing — and remember, the longer you practice, the better you’ll get.

We all have a progress bar in our mind of all our milestones and goals.

Finding the right process to communicate these goals to others will help you feel more inspired, get your ideas out, and get real momentum moving.

This is why I love spending time with purpose driven people.

Creating a fun, believer-like environment around your success is essential if you really want to upload your idea, build your team, and move forward at a really fast pace.

So no new projects can start while in the middle of a mental iceberg, a purgatory of activities, fears, concerns, or complacency.

Those things are your internal fuel for the process but not your external motivation.

Do lots more of what matters, put some of your greatness in sharing your progress, brainstorming with others, getting clear on what drives you.

Deep diving in your dreams is where you can really demonstrate how motivated, capable, motivated, and passionate you are.

Eventually your internal benchmarks for your progress and accomplishments will motivate anyone who is close enough or can be influenced by them.

"𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘁".😂

Being open to new possibilities is key because when you have something you believe in and something to tell other people, those can help trigger growth or start conversations.

What I’ve learned from doing this is that you don’t need permission or calls to action to start talking.

In fact, they can assist in the growth or social proofing.

Before you start doing anything, you need to decide what you want and have a basic idea of how you want to get there.

Deciding what you’re looking to accomplish takes the guesswork out of the equation.

Now, you may have already achieved a tremendous amount of success...well, whats next?

Next, you need to gather as much data as possible; social media does a surprisingly good job collecting data so you don’t need to.

You can start by gathering a list of things you’d like to accomplish.

For me, it includes things like improving my communication skills and supporting others that can use my unique perspectives.

And I don’t want to harbor any unrealistic standards either. Thinking objectively is a superpower.

I’m not going to run a marathon (weak lungs) or go be a fitness professional and I want to establish growth and achievements for myself based on what I love.

Helping others succeed. 😀

Everyone has his or her ups and downs, and the long road to success is not straight ahead.

Now you’re on your way: see where you end up in time.

Embrace what is happening right in front of you, instead of scrolling on TikTok (like me) or bored yourself by reading your smartphone notifications.

Momentum makes the difference and a result is success, fast.

With that said...

Getting out of your comfort zone is important to making progress.

But staying in your seat and ignoring your surroundings won’t help you grow...but it will reveal how content you are with where you're at.

I want to look at your problem in different ways and help you find a logical approach to reaching your goals from exactly where you are now.

That way, you can see progress and how it is changing over time and together we can design a blueprint that will help you get to exactly where you want to go.

"𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚".

One thing I’ve learned is there isn’t always a reason to think you’re on the right track and I have to be the one driving progress, instead of following others.

That’s why I genuinely believe that the one thing I have that will positively impact just about everyone in these next few years if I focus just a little more, is my ability to share the lessons I’ve learned.

That’s where I get people in my path, and sometimes, people that I thought didn’t have a few years of experience decided to work with me because I was on the right track,

And, they ended up telling me how much it was going to change their life.

That’s why I would tell people to embrace personal development, because right now, it’s the only vehicle that we have to grow as a collective. As leaders.

There’s a new leader in town ✋ and he’s bringing a few ideas that he’s picked up along the way that have the capacity to reinvent some of what we’re doing here.

When I’m talking about “reimagine”, I’m talking about I've got some suggestions on how to do things differently that benefits both leaders and their clients.
