Stoked about the Digital Director training class that just kicked off today with our marketing agency, LightPost Digital. My business partner, Jimmy Hendricks and I are launching three new sales directors this week in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. I'm most excited about the talent and knowledge sitting in this room. These three guys have all owned their own businesses, and been working in marketing in some aspect their whole lives. One was a founder of a very successful local bakery brand with multiple retail and online locations. One worked with the very first search engine (& PPC model), then worked for a company that turned into Yahoo. Another owned a franchise company in home services that helped transition out of traditional media and into digital media in the early 2000's.
