I have worn many hats, crossed different functions, experienced a variety of industries and personalities. The one thing that serves me most in my success in life and in my career, is my PERSONAL BRAND. Until I began working in this arena I didn't have a name for it. I just knew that I was in demand as an employee and everyone had a great idea of who they were getting because of the work I put out there and from the people I worked with. I never struggled being employed, but there were times I struggled with escalating beyond upper management. Having now worked in social branding the last several years, I now understand why. Today, I work with business professionals who want to define their personal brand and understand how it can be used to remain employed, move up in executive leadership or, frankly, be in demand in the marketplace. I also work with small businesses who want to ensure they are branding themselves to attract the right candidates and retain them. If you are not creating a digital presence that works for you, you will be left behind.

Living in San Diego, my Autumn is different than most.

Well, there is supposed to be a dip in temps but this year, weather is unpredictable. Mother Nature has been quite temperamental.

So, instead of relying on weather to dictate a new seasonor or a new month, I rely on my instincts.

I prepare for changes no matter what and will embrace come what may. I hope you do too. 💙🙏🏽

⭐️ ʟᴇᴛ ᴍᴇ ʀᴇɪɴᴛʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴇ ᴍʏsᴇʟғ ⭐️

Hello everyone! Guess who’s back?! It’s me Maryrose Solis, owner of March 4ward.

I truly hope everyone is doing well.

I know the world continues to spin out of control in many ways, I hope you’re all holding on tight and finding your ground. 💙🙏🏽

For me too, it’s been quite the whirlwind this year but the saving grace is I hit my 50th birthday milestone and I ! 🥳 I am committed to doing 50 new things this year! I’ve already accomplished 14 new things! Yay!

Anyway, the end of last year I found myself a caregiver full time to my mother who has become bed ridden. My father is also slowly declining with age. It was a tough adjustment and I chose to close the year and release monthly recurring clients. It was (and sometimes still is) a tough decision that I struggled with mentally and emotionally. Thankfully, I have an amazing support system to include my incredible siblings and clients

I continue to have my ups and downs with everything. However, I am progressively finding my way.

One way is returning to doing the work I love to do. With that said, my clients I let go returned willingly and for that I am GRATEFUL beyond words. Knowing they felt no one else would do, makes me humble and feel honored.

My business model changed and my lifestyle structure continues to include room to breathe.

I am now offering fractional EXECUTIVE branding and marketing services and will focus on virtual speaking, teaching and workshop engagements. Just recently I did a workshop for the San Diego Military Family Association! When possible, I hope to do in person events too!

Oh and I am also working on a new product collaboration that will change my clients workflow!! Stay tuned!

As I continue to make my way, I want to thank those who have been a source of support, encouragement and motivation during this time. You may not know it, but having you in my circle has truly mattered to me. 💙🙏🏽
