To all my friends in Hospitality, Please discuss the potential for Negative PR with your employees before you open your dining rooms to the public this weekend.

Videos are popping up all over Social Media with people refusing to wear masks and recording the incidents. They want the videos to go viral. They want the employee to lose patience, overreact and give them activity that will incite.

They will claim they have a Medical Issue and say their Doctor will not allow them to wear a mask. They will claim they have HIPAA rights, meaning the Right not to explain what the condition is. They will claim Discrimination and threaten lawsuits.

They will get political, accuse the employee of weakness and try intimidation tactics to ignite a response.

It is very important that all staff members do their very best not to get tricked into this public relations trap.

Kudos to Alex here, who kept his cool, because more than 9 million people saw his response to this woman.
