Google LSA now charges for missed calls

Since October 1, Google charges for missed LSA calls: a call that rings more than 20 seconds unanswered during business hours can cost you a full lead. The dodge doesn't exist: Google bills an AI-answered call the same as any answered one.

Google ended manual lead disputes in 2024, so the dashboard's 'Rate This Lead' flag is the only way to push back on a charge.
