Hey guys, I need your help….We all know how crazy real estate in San Diego has been the last few years, and although I can talk about interest rates, market trends, and why Larry’s offer isn’t getting accepted, I just wanted to get a quick temperature check on a few things that you may be able to help me out with.
1) Would anyone be interested in off market properties (usually heavily discounted) in La Mesa or San Diego area, that you’re not going to see on Redfin or Zillow and will probably never make it on the market?
2) Would anyone be interested in learning what sellers are doing to sell quick and get top dollar? And how buyers are getting their offers accepted without throwing thousands of dollars at the sellers over the asking price and naming your first born after the sellers wife?
3) Do you currently have ZERO interest in real estate or anything related because you have a 3% interest rate and $100k in equity you can’t touch and rather know where kids get in free for the whole month of October?
I get off market properties sent to me by over a dozen different investors, most everyone knows when a house was “flipped” but how the invostor got it and all the opportunities that exist before you see it online, this is what I’m sharing with a ton of my clients to help off set low inventory and competition right now. Anyway, I send emails to clients with this stuff, deal structures, investment opportunities etc. Just reply if 1, 2 or 3 apply, if you’d want to see any of that on here or get the emails I send out.
