We publish everything we know. All of it. Free.

15 playbooks. 1,547 pages. 112 original diagrams. 1,010 audit checkpoints. 102 documented SOPs.

One email address. That is the entire price. No call, no demo, no "book a call to unlock," and no useful part removed — you keep everything even if you unsubscribe immediately.

We do this because the firms who read it and fix things themselves were never going to hire us anyway — and the ones who read it and realise how much there is to do, call.

A growing share of your future clients will never see a blue link. They'll read an answer with three citations underneath it.

The firms getting cited aren't the ones with the best SEO agency. They're the ones publishing what a model can't synthesise from everybody else's content: a clean definition, a procedure with the deadline named, an original document, a working tool.

"We are passionate advocates for the injured" is not citable. It isn't even readable.

Most marketing audits produce a sixty-page report, forty-one recommendations, and no decisions.

An audit that doesn't change anything has failed, however thorough it was.

The version that works is one page: three fixes, each priced in dollars per month, each with a name and a date against it. And it kills one thing.

We wrote 292 checkpoints so you can run it yourself. Free, no call. Link in bio.

Two firms, same ads, same budget, same market.

One signs the case. The difference is a single page.

Every channel you buy — Meta, Google, LSA, organic — funnels through it. Which makes it the highest-leverage asset you own and, reliably, the least examined.

Open your own landing page on a cracked phone, on 4G, in a waiting room. That's the actual test.

A man who's just been told he might lose his job for filing a claim is not "in the consideration stage."

He's frightened. And you're asking him to sign a retainer.

The ask has to match the rung he's standing on. Ask too high and you don't get a "no" — you get silence, and you never learn why.

The most common conversion failure in workers' comp isn't a bad landing page. It's a good one making an ask three rungs too high.

Your intake team is staffed 9 to 5.

An injured worker spends the day at the clinic, at the pharmacy, on hold with the insurer — and finally sits down at 6:40pm.

That's when he calls. That's when nobody's there.

You are paying full price for that lead and letting it decay overnight, and it will not show up on any dashboard as a failure.

Pull your CRM. Plot leads by hour of day. Then plot your coverage on top of it. Most firms have never done this once.

A vendor who halves your cost per lead and halves your qualified rate has improved exactly nothing. They've just made the number they show you smaller.

Cost per signed case is the only figure that survives contact with reality.

Ours, cumulatively: ~$75 per qualified lead, ~$775 per signed case, across $16.5M of managed spend.

Here's the test. Ask two people at your firm to compute cost per signed case, separately. If they come back with different numbers, every decision you made this year was made on a rumour.

Every firm we audit assumes the leak is at the top of the funnel.

It almost never is.

The biggest single drop is between "we bought the lead" and "we actually spoke to a human." That step is a phone call. It has nothing to do with your ads, your website, or your brand.

Which means the most expensive fix — more traffic — is usually the wrong one.

Most firms think a lead goes cold over a day.

It goes cold over a coffee.

In our own accounts, contact rate falls off a cliff after five minutes — not because the worker changed their mind, but because they called three firms and the second one picked up.

This is not a creative problem. It's a rostering problem. And it's the cheapest thing on this list to fix, because it costs nothing in media.

Go and look at your own CRM: median time from form-fill to first human contact. If it's over five minutes, you already know where the money is going.

(Directional, from our own accounts. Not a published benchmark — measure your own.)
