ElleDco is growing! ✨

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team in our new Moraga office.

ElleDco is a boutique creative marketing agency working with interior designers, architects, builders, and luxury home brands. We help our clients strengthen their presence through thoughtful strategy, refined visual storytelling, and consistent content.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong eye for design, composition, and elevated aesthetics
• Genuinely loves interior design, architecture, branding, and photography
• Can create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels
• Is comfortable writing thoughtful captions and adapting to different brand voices
• Understands social media strategy, trends, and performance analytics
• Is organized and able to manage several client accounts and deadlines
• Takes initiative, follows through, and communicates clearly
• Enjoys collaborating, receiving feedback, and contributing ideas
• Wants to grow with a small agency and take on greater responsibility over time

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, or similar tools is preferred. Photography, short-form video, and experience with design-focused or luxury brands are strong advantages.

This is an in-person, full-time role based in Moraga, California. We’re a small and collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone who wants to become part of what we’re building—not simply fill a position.

Post every day.
Use fewer hashtags.
Follow the 80/20 rule.
