This s**t was improvised as I walked to the beach ahh 😧 it came from my heart 🖤 & so its call Memories. My despair is the verse I made for there was nothing to converse. All had been said and what was kept will never be known for ya are from another planet & am just a simple human. The moon & the sun ☀️ the night & the day. Shine beautiful memories that pierce my soul yet am alive & uncaged. Free like the wild lion who roar in the jungle as she remembered how wild she was as a child.

💕Are you holding your hearts with gentleness, care, and forgiveness? How are you nurturing pain and struggles? We all have struggles, and we can soften the impact on our heart by bringing mindfulness and intentional release to our world.

❤️Speaking from experience and training, we can add to our suffering by welcoming the inner critic more than the inner compassionate best friend inside of us that we all have.

⭐️ Jahara and I will be hosting a three hour workshop on releasing tension in the mind and body through myofascial release. Meditation and self-compassion will help us soften our hearts and bring a loving awareness in. The sound healing will help us further release feelings of being stuck and welcome in emotional resilience and kindness.

A letter for my unborn child ✨

Will forever be in love with my African love ❤️ all the way to heaven my lil rasta ✨❤️✨❤️✨ A story behind is that I loved you before I could hold you but heaven needed another Angel 👼 because it new Mama was probably not ready for such an amazing gift. Lastly ✨❤️✨ since I never hold you nor new how you look like, for me the looks aren’t important as it is to hold you tight in my soul where the looks doesn’t matter as the feeling of the unknown is like the shooting stars that you see them pass as a flash through your eyes until they become the lost dust star 💫 where all the wishes come thrue if you believe it.

My lil Ozigbody one day we both be together shining from the sky, meanwhile I am here taking care of your brother & sister.
