Seven years ago, I made the leap from Sonos to become a product management consultant and coach. I wasn’t exactly sure where it would lead, but it’s been full of valuable lessons, unexpected pivots, and plenty of personal growth.

Looking back, it’s been a mix of unexpected turns, valuable lessons, and personal growth that I never could have anticipated.

Early on, most of my work came from word of mouth—especially from my former Sonos colleagues. Your support has been everything, and I’m truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.

Then came the pandemic, and like so many others, I had to adapt. I shifted from working mainly with startups to focusing more on 1:1 coaching. It wasn’t what I planned, but it turned out to be rewarding, allowing me to help product managers navigate uncertainty and build confidence in their careers.

Now, I’m getting back to my roots: working closely with teams and companies to help them build better products. It’s what I’m most passionate about, and I’m excited about what’s ahead.
