I have this conversation with agents all the time… They know social media matters. They know it could be bringing them leads. They just don’t have the time — or don’t want to figure it out themselves.

And honestly, I get it. You’re busy running your business. Social media ends up being one more thing that never quite gets the attention it should.

That’s where I come in.

If you’ve been thinking about getting help, I'm happy to do a free 30-minute consultation. No pressure or hard sell — we just look at what you’re doing, I'll give you some feedback and answer your questions.

If it makes sense to move forward, great. If not, you’ll still leave with some clarity.

If I could give every real estate agent one piece of social media advice, this would be it: Consistency is everything.

You don’t need to post every day. You don’t need to go viral. But you do need to show up with a clear, consistent presence.
✨ A consistent look makes your brand recognizable.
✨ A consistent message builds trust.
✨ A consistent schedule keeps you top of mind.

That’s how you attract the right people – and keep them. If your business needs help finding its rhythm, DM me or schedule a free consultation: https://bit.ly/Free-Social-Consultation

52% of agents say social media is their #1 lead source. But if you’re like a lot of agents I talk to, it probably doesn’t feel that way.

Not because it doesn’t work — but because it’s hard to know what to do with it.

You’re busy running your business. You’re working with clients, managing deals, showing homes… and social media becomes one more thing on the list.

And then there’s the bigger question:
What should you even be posting?
Listings? Personal life? Both?
Do you need video? Reels?
Do you have to keep up with trends to make this work?

It’s a lot — and most agents don’t have the time (or interest) to figure it all out.

That’s where I come in. I help busy agents take social media off their plate and turn it into something that actually works — consistently and professionally.

If this has been something you’ve been putting off or struggling to keep up with, feel free to message me. Happy to walk you through what this could look like for you.

Everyone’s talking about AI right now, but most real estate agents I talk to either aren’t using it at all, or they’ve tried it and felt overwhelmed pretty quickly.

And I get it.

Between running your business, working with clients and managing deals, the last thing you need is a bunch of new tools that take time to learn and still don’t give you great results.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be complicated.

I put together a blog post breaking down 5 AI tools that are actually practical for real estate agents — tools that are easy to use, affordable and can genuinely help with your social media. I also share the pros, the cons and how each one actually works, so you’re not wasting time figuring it out on your own.

If you’ve been curious about AI but haven’t known where to start, this will help simplify it.

I see this all the time with agents…

They’re posting consistently, but their content just isn’t getting much engagement.

Most of the time, it’s not the algorithm.
It’s a few small things that make a big difference.

Weak hooks.
Trying to speak to everyone.
Posting information without giving people a reason to care.

I put together 7 of the most common mistakes I see – and what to do instead. If you’re trying to get more out of your social media, this is a good place to start.

👉 Which one do you think you’re doing right now?

Most agents don’t change what they post in May. They keep doing the same thing they were doing earlier in the year… even though the market has already shifted.

And depending on where you are, that shift looks different. In places like Florida, things often slow down after peak season. In other markets, buyers actually get more serious as they start thinking about timing, summer moves, and the next school year.

Either way, your content should reflect what your audience is experiencing right now.

This is the time to:
– shift from urgency to guidance
– focus on lifestyle beyond the busy season
– create content that helps people make decisions, not just scroll past listings

Because at this point, it’s not about posting more.

It’s about posting what actually resonates.

If your social media isn’t working, it’s probably not because your content is bad. More often, it’s how it’s being used.

I see a lot of people posting consistently… but not really engaging, not starting conversations, and not building relationships.

And that’s where the disconnect happens.

Social media isn’t just about posting. It’s about interacting, showing up, and staying visible in a meaningful way.

The people getting results aren’t doing more — they’re doing it differently.

If you’re using Instagram for your business, this is what’s actually working right now. And honestly — most of it applies to social media in general. It’s less about doing more and more about doing the right things consistently.

If your social media isn’t working, it’s probably not because you’re not posting enough.

What I see more often is this:
People are posting consistently… but without a clear strategy or engagement plan behind it.

Social media isn’t just about putting content out there. It’s about interacting, building relationships, and staying visible in a meaningful way. The agents who are seeing results aren’t necessarily posting more — they’re participating more.

If it feels like a lot of effort with little return, it may not be about doing more… it may be about doing it differently.
