Yesterday was a good one. 🎉 Second year at the SWEL Summer Summit, but first time as a sponsor with an ad in the program! Spent the day learning from and connecting with some seriously talented wedding and event pros, and even got to take the stage to share what I do. Building HoneyBook SmartFiles is one of my favorite parts of this job because it’s where creative and strategy get to live in the same place.

When my client is a wedding planner, the stakes feel even higher. They’re already managing a million moving pieces for their couples, so their SmartFiles have to work. Pricing guides, proposals, and welcome guides that are not only beautiful but functional, with SmartFields pulling in project details and vendor information automatically so nothing slips through the cracks.

Once the SmartFiles are locked in, I move straight into the coordinating automations and watch the whole system click into place.

Also: worship music + a good SmartFile build is genuinely therapeutic. Something about building beautiful systems just settles my soul. 🙌
