Job Title: Remote Sales Specialist
Location: Remote (US Only)
Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)
Job description: Gold Pony Marketing is a dynamic digital marketing agency founded in 2023. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote Sales Specialist to join our team!
The Remote Sales Specialist will handle the bulk of our client acquisition efforts, including sales calls, follow-ups, and seeking out new opportunities for the agency online (job boards, FB groups, etc).
This role involves managing a substantial list of leads by following up via phone calls, texts, and emails. Our ideal candidate is available during business hours to handle these follow ups and also scheduled sales calls, with a minimum of 2-3 hours available each day.
Sales experience is required, preferably remote sales experience. A background with CRM software, digital marketing, and content creation is also preferred, but not required. There is potential to grow within the company based on performance and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Take scheduled introduction calls from potential clients
Call and follow up with potential clients from our lead list
Respond to and manage booked calls
Search for new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork
Handle sales calls, follow-ups via text, email, or call
Close deals and drive new business for Gold Pony Marketing
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote setting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
US based only, native speakers preferred
Must be available for at least 2-3 hours a day during business hours (8am PST to 4pm PST) for phone calls
A quiet, professional background for phone calls
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the Gold Pony team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing (content creation, ads, SEO, etc)
Experience with CRM software
Equipment needed:
Strong, reliable internet connection
A cell phone
Laptop or computer
Salary:
$15 per hour
10% commission for every deal closed (applicable for the first 3 months that the company works with the client)
