I have been designing one-of-a-kind pieces of contemporary jewelry for many years. I have a life long interest in gemstones dating back to my childhood hunting for bits of obsidian on my grandfather's ranch in Northern California. Mary's College and have a strong background in the advertising agency industry that provided an appreciation of color and balance which I like to apply to my jewelry des

igns. In addition, in 1977 I attended the Ultra Tec Faceting School located in Santa Ana, CA and learned the art and science of faceting my own gemstones. More recently I have spent the last four years studying under Master Goldsmith, Mr. Hugh Power who taught gem setting techniques at the Richmond California Art Center, to round out my knowledge of proper jewelry fabrication.
